Finish: Bright zinc plated . thread length 8mm . dowel length 34mm . body diameter 7mm General Information : - Dowels are available for 24 or 34mm hole line drilling, 34mm being the most common, but since a 24mm hole line is normally used for carcase legs, some manufacturers wish to keep as much as possible to one standard and may use 24mm for fittings as well as legs. This range of dowels are available with eurothreads for screwing directly into a pre-drilled 5mm hole or M6 machine threads which require a pre-inserted M6 socket. There are two 8mm drilling sockets with M6 threads, one plastic, one brass, both of which can be used on 14mm or thicker board. There is also a 5mm diameter plastic socket available for self tapping screws. The cam grip system requires the user to have the capability to edge drill on panels. The cam grip is totally concealed in almost all applications, but cover caps are available to order. 2000 pieces
