PVCedging suitable for use with Metropolitan Angel Birch Scope maple Baltic Maple & Riva ranges.

Raukentex PVC edging is available in 0.8mm and 2mm thickness to provide wider design opportunities. The colour selection is based on the most popular finishes used in the UK with specific focus on co-ordination with the Second Nature door ranges. Generally the 0.8mm edging is used for carcase edging whilst the 2mm thickness are for doors and other exposed panels. The 0.8mm and 2mm edgings are surface printed. Raukantex is a range of thermoplastic edgings that are suitable for use on all types of furniture. The range includes 0.8mm and 2mm PVC edgings and PET 'magic' aluminium edging. A number of colour options are available.

Edgings are primed for glue. Please note the following glues are suitable for Raukantex edging:

Manual Processing:
When manually applying Raukantex edging the following glues are suitable:
Dorus Ltd product = LD 084.
Rakoll Ltd Product = RAKOLLIT 77 & hardener.

Automated Processing:
When Raukantex edging is used in conjunction with an edging machine then customers can use all commonly used hot melt adhesives. Potential suppliers are:
