General Information : -

Stainless steel doors are robust hygienic and easy to clean. Resistant to corrosion and particularly suitable for use around a sink area they are 20mm thick with an MFC core sealed in place with silicone. The front and the four edges are a single piece of 0.8mm thick stainless steel with welded polished and finished corners. Grade of steel used is austenitic 304 low carbon. Doors and drawer fronts have vertical brushed grain effect.

Fit with standard concealed hinges (giving note to the weight factor).
Hinges are mounted in the normal way by drilling a 35mm hole in the MFC core. The K (edge of door to edge of hinge hole) distance should be as high as the hinge and circumstances permit. 6mm should be adequate.

NOTE: Use a sharp HSS twist drill for handle holes. Centre punch a small pop mark on the face of the door and drill through starting at low speed.

Aftercare:
ú Dust with a soft cloth. For product cleaning use a 5% soap 95% water (liquid soap) solution and then dry with a soft clean cloth or alternatively clean the surface with Second Nature stainless steel cleaner or E-cloth (available from your kitchen retailer). Cooking splashes should be wiped up immediately using a damp cloth.
ú A light coat of baby oil can be used to enhance the appearance of the door if required.
ú Do not use bleach or other hypochlorate (chlorine) based cleaners abrasives or cleaning material on the surface of the door.
