N.B. The drawer height is based on the sides while the front/back are a few mm less.

Assembly: -
Pre-drill and countersink the front element with drawer front fixing holes before assembly. To assemble squeeze a little glue into the holes in one of the side panels (we recommend the use of PoWerSet PVA wood glue). Push the dowels on the ends of the front and back into the holes ensuring that the grooves face inwards and the finished top edges of the drawer all face the same way. Squeeze a little glue into the grooves in the side front and back slide the base into the grooves making sure its finished side is facing upwards. Squeeze glue into the holes and groove on the remaining side and then push onto the dowels in the front and back taking care that the base enters the groove in the side. The assembly should be clamped until completely dry and any surplus glue removed with a damp cloth before it dries.

Installation: -
The drawer sides (with the exception of 250mm deep drawers) are pre-drilled for use with 'S' type rapid assembly runners but normal screw fix bottom mounting runners can be used. The back hook on the runner is simply slotted into the groove at the back of the drawer side and the front peg on the runner is knocked into the pre-drilled hole in the underside of the drawer side. The drawer box can then be mounted onto the runner guides in the carcase. The use of adjustable fitting DA6310 is recommended as it allows 3mm adjustment in any direction. This fitting is pushed into a 25mm diameter/12.5mm deep hole in the drawer front. The drawer front is then mounted onto the drawer using M4 screws (supplied). Once the drawer front is positioned accurately the M4 screws can be tightened to clamp the two parts firmly together.
Alternatively simply fix the drawer front with screws through the front part of the drawer box. Another method of fixing is to use self-adhesive pads securing firmly with a longer M4 chipboard screw (M4X40) through the drawer and drawer front to clamp tight.
